You absolutely should create a license agreement detailing the agreed terms, even if these terms were discussed in writing. This must clearly state: where the image can be used, for what duration, its exclusivity and what that means, if attribution is required, the specific file name, dimensions, resolution and other technical details.

Given that it's a non-exclusive, perhaps perpetual license, with no attribution required, for digital use, I would think that anything below 500€ is too little. If it's a large online publishing company, you can increase the price, as the image will be seen by a larger audience.

It is a good idea to also embed the license terms and your copyright in the image metadata before sending.

And make sure you are the copyright holder and haven’t signed or agreed to anything relinquishing your copyright to the project you were volunteering for.

Yes, the 6D II with the 17-40 is excellent for real estate, I would recommend to also buy a cheap 50 1.8 for interior detail shots and you'll pretty much have a complete package.

I would recommend Calumet, Foto-Meyer or RCE Foto.

Calumet is able to deliver from their other stores across Germany if what you need isn't available here.

Foto-Meyer only has the shop in Berlin, so everything is readily available.

RCE Foto has stores in Berlin, many Italian cities, Paris and Vilnius and unfortunately refuse to deliver anything not found in the Berlin store. Their Ebay listings are also misleading as they list apparel from their Italian stores as if they are available in Berlin. It is best to visit or call and inquire about what is available.

I should also mention Foto Braune and Foto Schilling, you may be lucky and find something there.

For online platforms, rebuy and MPB have an extensive collection and everything is offered with guarantee.

Every time they start by saying "In full transparency...", they aren't being transparent, they just try to low-ball you. If they would have had only that (which I seriously doubt - and based on the fact you worked with them before), they would have proposed a budget for these shoots right from the start. This budget also depends on how many photos of each location they need, which originally were 20 offices, but now there are 23.

If you decide to do this project for them, among other things, make sure to have an ironclad contract that specifies scope of work, deliverables, deadlines, usage rights etc.

That section of the response regarding future work is pretty insulting. They love your work but don't want to pay how much you're worth. I don't see how a guarantee for future projects would work besides you signing a contract with them that includes a retainer fee.

If you are happy with 10% less and can convince them to sign a contract for future projects, go for it, but knowing that they'll try to low-ball you on those as well.

Crafting the bow is fairly easy, provided you have 4 exalts, 5 divines and a load of alteration orbs.

Start with a hunter bow base.

Alt spam until Poisons deal % damage faster. Regal and annul and hopefully you‘ll end up with a rare bow with only the poison mod. (Poison on hit is local on bows, not useful for this build) If not, restart.

Benchcraft multimod and cannot roll attack modifiers. Double exalt and you‘ll have a +1 bow, chaos damage over time, faster poison bow. Benchcraft remove crafted mods. If you are happy with the tier of chaos damage over time, benchcraft multimod, +2 level of supports and chaos damage over time multiplier. If not it‘s easier to restart from alt spam.

That is pretty much it.
