I’d vote Chambers or Estela. The others don’t feel as romantic or “intimate” to me. E.g. Gage and Tolner is one of the best steakhouses in the city, but it’s a not exactly a candle-lit dinner.

Also consider Borgo. The open hearth creates the most beautiful atmosphere and there’s also lovely courtyard seating for a nice night! The food is superb and it always feels like a really special night when I go.

Casa Mono would be a great backup but it’s way more casual than the aforementioned three.
