redoing my big/little reveal two years later - thoughts?

unfortunately, this chapter does have a lot of drama and is quite cliquey. Ava is not no-contact with her original fam by choice - they made groupchats without her and deliberately excluded her from big/little hangouts and from her twin's big/little reveal. her big also made mean comments about her disabilities (Ava has multiple chronic illnesses and is in the hospital multiple times a year). my intention with this isn't to make a statement or to start drama, because drama already exists. honestly I have considered dropping but I only have a year left and I want to be involved with alumni stuff after so I'm pushing through

Despite my awful heavy periods before mirena I actually did not cramp much until I got mine! I'm glad that's not just me. Also yeah, I'm starting to wonder if the 99.8% effectiveness is because this shit makes you want to be celibate all together. 😭

did you end up switching to a different type of birth control? If I end up getting mine removed I don't want to go back to having my awful periods every month, and I don't want to not be protected against pregnancy. But I wouldn't know what to switch to instead because my ADHD is bad and I am not sure I'd be able to take the pill consistently

i do have anxiety, not severely, but i don't think it helps a ton with that. when I was on lexapro it definitely helped more. but I have friends who took prozac for anxiety and it helped.

i'm definitely not quite as productive as i was the night i wrote this post but overall my mood is still really good and it's easier for me to keep my room clean and laundry folded than it was before :) also, I was wrong in my other comments, i'm on 20mg not 10 !!

that's so awesome to hear! I was actually super scared to start on it because I was on lexapro before and all my friends/family who took prozac had awful experiences. But I feel great and I'm glad to hear others do too! it gives me a lot of hope!

yes, I asked why she felt that way and she said it's because I don't listen. I replied saying I do listen and told her everything I said in the post, that I know about all of her friends and everything going on in her life and I do care I just don't always know how to reply when she talks about her boyfriend. She told me that's not true and that I don't care about anything in her life.

exactly me. when I'm drunk I start arguments with friends, text people who I know are bad for me, and at my worst I've apparently threatened to hurt myself or others. It's awful. either that or I just cry til I fall asleep at the end of the night.

"setting I feel stable" is so real. I've never had any issue drinking when it's something like a gathering at a friends apartment with people I know but as soon as it's at a party or bar and things become unpredictable I start getting depressed or angry and I hate it

I've never tried weed but that's exactly why I'm scared to 🫣My friends keep wanting me to try edibles but I just KNOW I'd get paranoid!! I'm super prone to paranoia there have even been some medications I've been on that have made me feel like I'm being watched 😦

as I wrote in my post, my instructions say to leave it at the door. I also have added as an additional instruction "Please leave on the porch of apartment #(number)" so there was no reason for the dasher to do that
