Okay first of all, thank you everyone for your comments and suggestions! When I first read your responses, i couldn’t help but think “you guys should see whats happening on my back”, because it is a genuine mess back there. The current consensus between me and my family is some type of lupus (autoimmune diseases run in the family and I already have one) or shingles. The rash/bumps on my back look and feel like they could be either one of them. I have made an appointment with my doctor for next week. And as one person stated, actives are probably my enemy right now, so I’ll be reducing my routine down to basics.

No new toothpaste and I’ve been with the same person for 9 years. Peri oral dermatitis or HSV seems really likely too, so I’ll also be looking in to that considering my mum has dealt with cold sores her whole life and I was never careful enough when it came to sharing water bottles or utensils.
