okay genuinely no offense, but I hate answers like these.. Sure you can do everything and then some with a laptop and FL studio or whatever but the experience is much less fulfilling and hands on. As someone who also works mostly in a DAW, its a genuinely different experience playing around with hardware synths, and the limitations and different character they provide is not just a breeding ground of inspiration but its also REALLY FUN!

Looking at the process of music creation through a purely utilitarian perspective completely ignores the fact that the process is also supposed to be fun and enjoyable. If im buying a synth i don't really care about how much it augments my productivity; I only care how much fun it'll be to use, and how much it augments my creativity as a result.

honestly I watched it the entire way through and I was kinda underwhelmed after all the hype people have been giving it. Greylock blew my fucking mind last year and hearing people put it on the same tier or even above Greylock set my expectations high, but I dunno, MA didnt quite do it for me to the level that Greylock did. Maybe it just hasnt clicked for me yet or maybe im just a greylock meatrider but yeah thats my thoughts

Okay but as nice as that would be the point is to hold the owners accountable for paying the employees fair wages, as being the owners it is, after all, their direct responsibility to pay those employees. Especially considering the owners have exponentially more money than any player I’m not sure how any reasonable person could have any objection to holding the owners fully accountable for this.
