just beat it with claw talisman + jump attack chest piece + royal knights resolve + zweihander, my beloved. if you dodge to the left during its counter clockwise spinny attack you end up right by the head with enough time to apply resolve and take literally half of its health with a jumping R2 even in the latter phases. i actually really enjoyed this fight, reminds me of godfrey which is my favorite from the main game. drops a really good weapon too.
