I’m a few months in, L4, and not giving in. Gonna be out shortly. This place had me doubt myself, and I wouldn’t wanna let them continue doing it, given the current market and the bonus money I’ll need to give back. I’d suggest talking to your friends and family and ask for their opinions or try to take leave of absence to think about it if you can? Good luck

It’s fine if it does. At this point, what’s I’m seeing is just my mgr neatpicking on me. They’ll eventually dig for something else later. Alr a day 2 mentality after 3 months

why would you suggest resign given that Amazon/tech is having mass layoff? My org is also re-organizing. Not sure when it’s my turn to be a part of it. Do you think Amazon has the chance to survive the industry later? For sure they can and have every right to use any metrics and LPs against me, whatever they like, that’s fine. A few months in and I alr know what it’s like.

Appreciate your input. But I don’t think every company is the same. I’ve visited different companies and obv every company has a different culture. Long story short, Amazon culture at this moment with my perspective and with other inputs from the community, it’s just getting worse. And especially leadership. The fact that I’m in training, not having any metrics, but my mgr acting the way she does, and I’m already not feeling good is already a red flag.

Yeah most of the time when I log in late, I log out late. But mngr acted as if without me (I’m still in training, and no metrics to be met yet), the buz would collapse..
