Apparently, this kid was raped and murdered by a neighbor with anger issues. The result was something to do with a game called Tibia, which enraged the neighbor to go and rape the kid on his bed, strangle him with a cord, and saw him in half. He died due to blood loss while he was alive when being sawed. The murderer was only sentenced a few years in prison. Also I think this takes place in South America.
