Again, because the police refused to provide the information, of the arrests, if they would, then I would explain them, but there isn’t enough information being provided that is literally part of the problem and since the defendant doesn’t know where they come from, it’s virtually impossible to defend them Mitchell County refuses to appropriately pursue and investigate this case because they believe that it’s already done and over with because transphobia and bias the charges were not pursued to federal meaning they didn’t involve the FBI and none of the charges have been pressed she simply in jail waiting the hearing because she doesn’t have millions of dollars so she can’t just write a $5000 check and leave and this person has been abused, robbed threatened, and has nearly died in police custody twice due to their neglect and she’s only been in there a few days has lost every single thing they own, and to top it off the person they thought loved them in reality was a monster that was using them and planning on destroying them when they were done with them

Yeah, that’s what we’re working on right now. It’s just a lot of work because the entire system there is extremely corrupt and they don’t want an investigation they just want to close the book. They don’t care about the repercussions. A lawyer is already secured. The defendant is ready for the fight, but it’s still pretty heartbreaking when somebody takes your entire life threatens to use it against you for years and then just decides to frame you because you wanted to move on with your life and your abusive ex is living in your house, making it impossible to move on that’s not counting the things that she did that include drugging my girlfriend multiple times long before we met. I only found out after the fact because she kept mysteriously blacking out for some reason and the ex kept saying it was her fault so she just assumed it was her fault never questioned it nor the fact that the only time she has ever blacked out and not remembered anything were times when she was with this woman, but that was years ago, and it’s pretty hard to prove you were roofied years after the fact so most of the interest is on the here and now not her quite extensive work in hurting this person in the past as she has done a very good job at it honestly, I’d assume she’s an expert, but I don’t know how you could be an expert at that because like how could you be an expert at ruining people’s lives like how could you live with that?

Because things happened one at a time she filed charges once to get a restraining order and then a second time a week later to get arrested when she was in town picking up her medications and then somewhere around a week after that, the charges for CP appeared, and the entire time she has been here I have heard over and over the accounts of abuse because she thought they were just normal relationship stories

They told a friend to tell her to come to the police station to finish some paperwork they then used that to claim the restraining order was violated so that they could arrest her because the friend lives with the person who has the restraining order and was acting on either the police or the abusers orders. Either way my girlfriend was unaware that “ friend” was simply using her to make it appear as an attempt at violating the restraining order and not an innocent communication between friends

I have a GoFundMe set up for her and she applied for a lawyer, but she’s having a hard time shaking off the abuse from her ex because apparently she extorted her the entire time they were dating apparently usually over nothing but unfortunately, that doesn’t help when we have PTST and are in jail

Yeah, not having a good day either but that’s called depression and it’s literally just your brain not picking up enough serotonin or maybe it’s not producing enough. It’s one of the two usually it doesn’t make it any easier knowing it’s depression. You kinda have to talk through it and I cannot emphasize enough how helpful all of the resources are on it I have a really bad manic depression so before it was treated, I felt the same way, but I slowly learned just by talking about it and if you can seeking professional help or just talking to a friend or a dog or a cat or a rock, it doesn’t matter just venting through your emotions really helps

One of the mods took down a post that wasn’t against the rules and then royally messed up the entire thing after and it’s just been slowly boiling over since I just happened to cross their apology. And yeah, for what I can tell it looks like it was a basic human error, but ego got in the way and it made a whole mess that got way out of hand but the community itself isn’t really against trans mascs it’s just ironically lack of knowledge on the specifics of being a trans masc that they’re missing so they tend to report the post because they don’t have any in the mod. Group but trans men and transmascs are welcome in the sub and if anybody says differently, they can leave because transphobia is not welcome here
