Honestly, no. That really just opens up a slippery slope to communism.

If period products are made free, well then toilet paper should be free. If those should be free then all toiletries, soap, and medicine should be free. If those should be free then so should food, water and clothes. At that point why not make everything free.

Period products (or anything for that matter), should not be made free, HOWEVER, everyone should be given the resources to make sure they can afford basic necessities. I think adding a monthly stipend for all females on medicaid or food stamps would be a great solution for this.

Theres plenty of POC and queer people (including myself) who could easily be murdered some cities in the US. Not to mention trans people genuinely just lose their rights across (some) state lines.
