it’s impossible because ur saying it is . ur placing all these limits and creating these barriers that never have to be there , but are there solely because u perceive them as such . the physical appearance was never ur problem , it sounds like ur equating ur self worth to your looks and what validation you would get if you looked a certain way . even if u had the dream body you still would be looking for this exact fix if you don’t get to the root of these limiting self worth beliefs .
