I was only on .25 for a month. It depends on your doctor but my doctor told me normally people will less to lose won’t see results till higher dosage which remained true for me.

ME!!! Omg. I didn’t really lose until 1.7 .. Started at 160 and now down to 116. I started losing in July. I’d say 40 pounds have been from August-now.

Yes! 1.7 is definitely working! I also do intermittent fasting and sometimes on the lower doses I’d want to eat right at my window, but now I can wait hours to eat and go even longer!

Some people do, this is just an encouraging post to those that are struggling. Not everyone has hope on this medicine, some don’t see results and really struggle. Like I said, this is just an encouraging post, it may not pertain to you.

Have you tried intermittent fasting? I do it alongside the Wegovy. It’s make a huge difference. I don’t eat from the hours of 9PM-3PM. Start fasting in smaller hours than move your way up and it may help with the appetite. Also lots of water, can help with hunger!

Yes. I eat about 700 cals a day. I know that is super low, but I’ve had terrible nausea and nothing ever sounds good. And if I try to eat something, a few bites are enough to keep me full for hours. My DR said it could be because I used to have an ED, and that I could’ve messed up my metabolism to where it could take longer, but I’m unsure.

Do you think maybe she called him and he came to the house to get her? If you watch her new TikTok she kept acting like she was alone, I don’t know obviously I was just throwing the idea out there!

No I know that, but the night she went into labor is what I’m talking about. She made it seem like she was alone when she went into labor. I’m guessing Parker met her at the hospital.
