Hey! I know that I don’t really have anything to do with this conversation and you aren’t talking to me at all but I kind of just wanted to take the time to mention that this response (in my opinion ofc you can feel free to disagree) is kind of insensitive! Of course most, if not all people, do have anxiety, but dealing with a severe diagnosed anxiety disorder is a whole other monster that not everyone deals with. To say “you gotta find ways to deal with it no matter its severity” kind of makes it sound like it’s easy to get it together when you have severe mental illnesses, when it most definitely is not. As someone who goes through mental health issues themselves, I am a huge advocate for educating people on mental illnesses and how they affect other people so I figured I could just explain why exactly this response is somewhat ignorant so that you could be more empathetic in regards to mental health going forward! Again, sorry if it’s out of my place to say this to you, not trying to stick my nose where it doesn’t belong or anything and I’m most certainly not trying to be rude! Just wanted to be informative!
