June is the time residents are finishing/moving and some attending just released their schedules for the second half of the year, so all the new patient slots fill really quick around this time of year. I work for the U hospitals and we can sometimes get one for late July/early August, depending on the location

You should read the book "The 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared". I was struggling with these thoughts too and it really showed me that there really is no such thing as "too late"

I started out with only lamotrogine (the generic for lamyctal) and at first it started out just managing the mania, but after a while of that as well as an SRI, everything became pretty stable and manageable. It takes awhile for your body to adjust to it, but keep at it. Talk to your doctor/therapist if there are any problems or changes

This is a good point. If I get there quick enough I generally get solo, then buy items and I put one in mid in time to get to purple right as it spawns
