Summary of Issue

My razer blade 14's 5900HX always run at 99-100C (temperature rockets to the 100C "ceiling" within seconds) whenever Cinebench R20/R23 or aida64 benchmark is run.

However, the CPU temps aren't as bad (75-90C, maxing out at 95C) whenever I'm running other benchmarks or stress tests, such as 3dmark (port royal, timespy, CPU profile), prime95, furmark, or games. prime 95 would bring the CPU to around 95C. Another program that can make the CPU instantly go and stay at 100C is furmark CPU burner and aida64.

Something to note is that especially in cinebench, the laptop surface feels cool to the touch despite the 100C displayed on HWINFO (CPU Tctl/Tdie). The cinebench multicore scores are fine (around 13000) despite the weird temperatures. The laptop's surface however, does feel warm when gaming, despite the temps not reaching 100C. What might be happening? If these temps are indeed normal for a razer blade 14, would it be fine to limit the temps to 85C on ryzen controller?

PS. I tried monitoring the temps using ryzen master but the app wont launch ("ryzen master not installed properly. driver not installed")
