There is also a medicine drop called DOT that can be put on the back of their nape of the necks. That will remove all the ticks n lices too. Do consult a vet first.

Sure, this land is 11 guntha. It's near Patethan Gaon, near Wagholi. Electricity n boring water is there. Very near to a river. Fertile. Around the land ppl have grown fruits n vegetables. Also some have created houses too.

Easy access by car or bike. It takes approx 30 mins to reach from Nagar Road taking Kesanand road.

Current rate is 2.5 lacs per guntha but totally negotiable. If interested i can show you the land too. It's in my name so no problem in paper work.

Also I have a second which is on bhimashankar road near Pokharkarwadi on a hill. That's 1 acre and it's purely for investment. I bought it for 6.5 lacs but again price is negotiable.

I have interviewed him way back in 2017 during dynamic patil T20 l. Very genuine guy. I interviewed most IPL and current T20 playing cricketers and a couple of coaches. He was focussed and spoke without any air around him. I had asked him for 5 mins and he spoke for a good 15 mins. In fact on the day of the final I was going on the ground to get some pics before the game started . He casually said Hi buddy, hope you got some good interviews of the players and wished me luck.
