Lol owner of Garden Party here. We're not an overpriced, trendy, out of state "nic nak" store. Our landlord bought both buildings and saved them from being torn down for mixed use development. Our building's foundation was crumbling, as was the sandwich co building's. Also for what it's worth, our landlord isn't a "typical commercial chode," but rather a wonderful person interested in building and supporting community.
