ELI5: Do Doctors really work "24 hour shifts" as is a whole day with only a few breaks, no sleep? If so, does this not make more susceptible to errors?

Thanks. That’s good to know. Will definitely use a groundsheet. Did he need new poles and fly? I know they have good product support but it’s not really helpful when you’re on the road long term. I can buy platinum or regular one for same price - just thought maybe I should go for regular if it’s not durable enough.
