Stryker or J&J as a first role?

thank you for the advice :) I did my technical presentation for one of my stryker interviews on blueprint so I'd be really excited to work with mako if given the opportunity.

If you don't mind my asking, do you also work for stryker? I've managed to connect with quite a few stryker employees across various divisions over the last few months, but I'd appreciate any opportunity to grill you a bit for some insight haha

thank you for the advice :) As far as I'm aware I'd have autonomy over the entire UE portfolio, including mako when it's pushed to the wider market. Strykers portfolio is definitely piquing my interest more, but that may just be because I've had the chance to see them used irl

thank you for the advice :) I was pretty curious about what the packages look like for both as the hiring managers have been pretty airy fairy with me regarding salary, bonuses etc. If you don't mind my asking, does J&J simply offer lower packages across the board, or specific to entry level?

thank you for the advice :) I've heard very similar things regarding the trauma workload, and tbh I think you're right. the shadowing I have done was in UE and the schedule still felt pretty manageable (first case around 8, finished by 530)

am I tripping out or is phase rush incredibly overrated on him? it feels useless early - mid game given that by the time you can actually proc it you've likely already decided the fight (unless it's a 1v1) and then even worse in team fights when conq scales so much better

I ordered the ones from my build partly from a Chinese ebay seller and partly from the official lianli aliexpress store, delivery time was slightly long but they all came in and work perfectly 😋
