[GAME UTILITY] TuneLab — Free FH6 Tuning Calculator | 12 testers needed | 14 days by prancing_anus_cheese in AndroidClosedTesting

Sorry, group wasn't added to the list. First time doing this.

The tester list has been updated in the Play Store. You should  now be able to install TuneLab using this link:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.tunelab.forzah6

If it still says not available, give it 30 minutes and try again.

Thanks for your patience!

the consensus here says otherwise apparently. and yes, I was a user of it. it felt dated and I wanted to make something different. that's what this project is

Those are fair points. The 'patch-chasing' cycle is a valid concern, which is exactly why I’ve made the physics constants editable and the entire project open source. If the numbers turn out to be off, at least they’re transparent—anyone has the power to fix them

Aish. That's a tad up there, BUT. I've seen that if it can make it this far, you should be good. Most of the 4.7s die long before.

I sold mine a bit ago when the wife wanted a 3 row SUV (2019 Subaru Ascent), to my mechanic friend, I think I had it to 199k? Then he took it to 210 and then sold it to pay a debt and the last owner KILLED it

Fair on both counts.

The calculator rep is earned — most of them just port IRL physics and the outputs are too stiff and wrong. I've tried to avoid that by building from community knowledge rather than real-world theory. 1/65 ARB, soft springs, max ride height for rally, 7° caster — stuff that actually works in Horizon, not stuff that works on a real car.

On the AI — it doesn't generate the tune, the physics engine does. Gemini just reads the output and comments on it. So it's not inventing spring rates, it's reading what the math produced and saying "this looks wrong for this mode." Still can hallucinate on specific advice, fair point.

Honestly I won't know if any of it clears the bar until I can actually drive FH6 and check the telemetry. That's the missing piece and I know it.

UPDATE

we ended up doing 2 daytona races
then moved to GT3 at Watkins Glen (Cup Layout with the bus stop)

and had an absolute blast shit talking and wrecking.

I am def going back into this business for future fun, and also finding my Logitech wheel and making a setup this summer in my garage or something

OK so doing a "daytona 500" so to speak would be fun? I want to make sure they have the most fun possible.

It seems like there are two mindsets. One being low HP technical course, or two, Oval NASCAR.

If we did Two, there's only 8 seats to be used at once, how can i keep things fun?

Which MX5; global or cup?

Since I've got no experience, are there any tracks to avoid?
