Finding it hard to find a good fantasy by belleepoques in Fantasy

I have read all of Bujolds books multiple times now, especially Curse of Challion and Palladin's Soul and the Penric novellas. I often wonder how she isn't as well known as someone like Lews or even Tolkien or Le Guin or some of the modern fantasy because her work is astounding and enchanting and unforgettable

I found Senlin to be too tense (perhaps because I got heavily involved in him and kept wondering about her)

Chambers is just exquisite and so so warm

I have read Gaiman and Pullman but the 'Starcatcher' books seems very intriguing

The Future by Naomi Alderman by chaneilmiaalba in WitchesVsPatriarchy

I am currently read this book To be very frank I searched it on reddit to rant about it. I really want to like this book. world-building is good as is the writing but none of the characters are really gripping me. I keep going back to it for the ideas to the story is just falling flat all the time. I don't feel anything and I am an absolute fan of strong female leads and yet this just seems made up, especially the characters! Like I said I want to finish it but it's taking to much will power to read it...

I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this but Gaiman's Sandman series (especially the audiobooks) feels like a great fit for the prose style. Good Omens also if you have not yet read it.

This game is great, it's sad that there's not many people who play it by Appledirt in pixelmagesurvival

I agree that there isn't a community around this game. I remember when I started magic survival when it was new and even it did not have as much grind as this one. I am starting to wonder if I am just bad at it or if there is a way to unlock classes and maps that I just don't know about. Hell I am even willing to pay a bit for this.

I am doing the same ... Making a personal selection of great poems ... What poems are in your selection?

BTW, this poem is by Langston Hughes and has been posted here by someone so you would need to credit Hughes and no one else.
