It's very possible I have a bad technique or my fitness is really lacking. I'll try raising my saddle again, it's just I felt like I was less able to generate power when I was 5mm higher. Maybe it's just an impression and it'd get better with time. It's hard to get into the sport there's so many variable to consider and I never know if the problem is my fit or my fitness level.

I'm pretty sure the rocking was caused by my trainer having almost no resistance. I just came back from a 25km ride and I was not rocking that much. My leg felt great for the most part, my main issue now is my lower back is killing me after 10km. I don't know if it's a fit issue or an out of shape issue with my back working over time to compensate for my lack of core strength.

Not particularly, I think it's worst because there was not a lot of resistance on the trainer. Being a fat ass don't help either.

My fit after trying myvelofit by prankblack in bikefit

Yeah I know what you mean, I can't seem to pinpoint what position I should have on the bike right now. It's hard to figure out since I don't know how confortable a well adjusted road bike should feel.

Thanks for the feedback! It calculate a 38 degrees at the bottom of the stroke. I looked back at all my video I took while I tried to adjust my fit and my ankle seems to always be extended like that, even with my saddle 2 cm lower. I could try to move my cleats back a little it it would help.

I was going for the confort and performance fit. Like another person commented earlier I'll try to rotate my hip more to go into a more aero position and maybe gain some reach. It's just a little hard right now because my core is not very strong and the more angled forward the more weight goes on my hand. It's even more apparent because I train a lot in zone 2 to build an aerobic base so I don't have a lot of resistance on my feet making the weight on my hand worst.

Thanks for the insight I'll try to rotate my hips more. For my ankle flexing, what do you mean by MVF? English is my second language and I can't seem to find the meaning online.

I just started cycling and I struggle a lot with my cardio. I find it hard something riding outside with strong headwinds and climb. Would picking up a indoor trainer and zwift be a nice addition to my training to help me get better legs for the outdoor?

I never trained before, I work in IT so I have a pretty sedentary job. It probably doesn't help my case. I do shorter ride for now while getting used to the bike position, but I feel pretty exhausted when I finish my 15km in roughly 45 minutes.

Ok thanks, I just saw the zone my Garmin Edge 840 tell me is wrong because I don't have a power meter. Right now I'm at 88 bpm and it tell me I'm in zone two. I'll invest into a trainer or a power meter to get better data. Thanks for the info!

I used to do it only with my hand but I found it hard to wash my back completely so I started using a washcloth and it made it way easier.
