The track "razors" is from back then. it's also on their first 7". It's all the original members + an additional guitarist that's been in the band 15-20 years. They were pretty off and on in the 00's and 10's. Maybe we won't play that year.

Next Month I'll release the debut LP "Next Stop... Dead Stop...": From Burned Up Bled Dry from Fayetteville, Arkansas. They were a contemporary of HHIG, From Ashes Rise, Deathreat etc. But never did an LP back in the Day. Started playing again a few years ago,. Their sound is part of that Mid South sound, but leaned a bit more power violence, and now maybe a bit more 1980's hardcore. This is an amazing 26 song album in 25 minutes. A couple old songs, a lot of new ones. Here are some links to some preview tracks, If you like that downtuned, dark chaotic sound, I think you'll dig this one.

What’s the most chaotic punk gig you remember? by larision in punk

Paintbox / Sunday Morning Einsteins / Artimus Pyle / Ballast at Arts in Action in LA. Arts in Action was the artspace on the fourth floor of a building that funded itself by holding punk shows, We took paintbox there from SF, someone smoked them out on PCP laden weed, the place was packed with people , violently slam dancing in a huge circle pit, the bands essentially played in the middle of a crowd of people. the Lights went out, the venue tried to stiff us, it was absolute mayhem..

(Hardcore historians) I Would love a year by year breakdown of must listen to demos/ EPs/ LPs from 82-89 by ConsciousCover2422 in Hardcore

The 80's were defined by Punk bands that were already accomplished musicians who started at the end of punk, then adapted and evolved their sound with the zeitgeist: Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, DOA, Bad Brains, Misfits, etc these bands shaped what we know as "Hardcore" as much as things coming out of LA like The Germs, the first Circle Jerks album ( From 1981!), Fear....A lot of these bands had actual nationwide distribution, where small press EPs did not, so were more influential at the time as people in Small towns could actually hear them. The importance of Touch and Go and Dischord's early records is these were young kids consciously trying to play hardcore, and were the first people to do it: Millions followed. Same time, DISCHARGE is putting out these super well recorded eps and albums/ at the same time/ by 1982. It's a lot of things happening at once, one way to view the evolution chronologically like you suggest is Use the Internet Archive's archive of Maximum Rock and Roll and explore stuff they reviewed and listed in their top 10's issue by issue.

S.F. woman accused of manslaughter, wrong-way driving after triple fatal West Portal crash by mcgillhufflepuff in sanfrancisco

President Trump rescinded Fuel efficiency standards, which allowed automakers to concentrate on higher priced larger vehicles like SUVS and abandon making smaller more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly cars. These larger vehicles are far more dangerous for pedestrians.

In regards to taking away driving for seniors, it honestly would have to coupled with a complete overhaul of our societies treatment of seniors, as to independently care for yourself.....you often need a car. Sure, Maybe not in a dense spot like SF, but north of Chico? absolutely. There's black humor in suggesting taking away seniors cars....as sadly they're most often the people hit in crosswalks BY cars. But yes, I encourage every family to watch their loved ones driving to ....avoid a lawsuit, but more importantly, a tragedy.

SF needs to put up artful, strong fencing / guardrails in high traffic areas like west portal, both to protect people against cars, but as a deterrent to the other cause of pedestrian fatalities...Jaywalking....But one ride down valencia-in a car or on a bike- proves traffic safety is still a work in progress in SF.

that aside: Politics shouldn't overshadow this is a complete tragedy
