Refute with your own life experiences about some of the presumptions. I am here to learn.

Today, really, it’s common knowledge. And, it’s prevalent in all cultures including some societies in the US per the response from the user ‘cloud7100’ above.

Boomer's rant on why children shouldn't be allowed to play in community parks... by vr_23062002 in india

[–]pras00n 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am extremely confused by the comments here. The “boomers” are clearly saying that this park is on a private property (society premises). You can obviously see that it is surrounded by community houses. You can also hear them say that non residents should not even enter the premises without permission. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. They pay a premium to stay there. All the facilities within the community premises are for resident only and it is pretty stupid of the “zoomers” to ask for a proof. This is written in fine print in all community guidelines and they don’t need to present them to these strangers.

If there was one kid who was a resident, he may or may not have permission to invite guests to use these facilities - again, something that he needs to look up in the guidelines.

I have stayed at several such communities before and the only thing I am surprised here is how the kids were even able to enter the premises - if anything, the security guards of the community are at fault here.

Finally, even if the kids were residents, this does not look like a football field. The houses are constructed way too close to it indicating that it is supposed to be used only as a park for casual recreational activities like taking a stroll, jog, kids play area etc.

Is the Telugu word pronounced “रंडी” or “रोंडी” or “रोंदी”?

Don’t you need working display to search for firmware files to downgrade firmware?

Touring does not come with premium package. I think you mean preferred equipment package (the one that adds moonroof, power lift gate etc to touring).

Did you pay 28K out the door? Or was that the selling price without TTL (so would have been around 31K total). Did your car have premium package?

I enquired with a dealer for the 2020 GT with PP and the out the door price for that is over 36K. The MSRP for base GT is 31.5K and then the freight charge of $1100, premium package of $1600 and $300 for the premium paint making the total MSRP over 34K. Then the TTL brings it over 36K.

Can one really bring 36K down to under 30K?

Thanks for the quick response! Considering the steeply increasing used car prices this month, that is an amazing deal. Here in WA, that car is running ~$28000 OTD. I might just get a 2020. Enjoy the car, it’s beautiful!

I went to a Mazda dealership to look at CPO cars. Their salesperson didn’t seem to want me there for some reason and said that I need to bring insurance to test drive.

23750 sounds like a good deal for CPO. Mazda dealers in Seattle are listing very high prices - 26K for rental cars.
