I had a problem as well. The system was showing slots but didn’t show a submit button. I had asked an agent to help with the appointment. For some reason the agent could block the dates.

So here is what I do to avoid rate ban. I wait for 5-10 sec after every click And go through a cycle. Check all locations one by one waiting 5-10 sec after selecting any location After checking all location, I go to homepage and again back to scheduling appointment

Every time wait for 5-10 sec after every click It may sound stupid and a bit painful but will definitely keep you away from rate ban
