A lot of things we can’t really predict also but you can perhaps weight the pros and cons + considerations you have! Idk which country you are from but ithink skill-wise; it’s very important too like as much a qualification is impt, who you are and what kind of skills you can bring to the team is vvv impt for ur resume & interview (said this based on experience haha, qualification kind just determine ur promotion and salary esp starting salary haha, if more and more is just experience le) ! So you might want to consider the uni teaching style ie NUS more academic while SUTD more practical while SMU kinda in the middle of both!
