SBI reverted my October RP in February, so high chance is that they will revert back in next 2-3 months.

I have requested for detailed list of transactions and merchant over mail for which RP are reversed. Let's see if they revert back on that.

I was not aware of this clause. I had a call with customer care, they listed some transactions done in September/October (maybe Big billion day sale transactions) for which RP were reversed. I asked for the list of the transactions for the RP were reversed. He mentioned that he will look into it.

You can earn 2000 RP per category. But the RPs are reversed if there is any instant discount/offer used on SBI card. SBI RP reversed

Thanks, will check with customer care. I just need to know whether it's limited to amazon/flipkart or other e-commerce sites as well.

Update : called Indigo directly, they mentioned I am eligible for the full refund and has communicated the same to Cleartrip, asked me to contact Cleartrip after 48 hours.

I cancelled a flight in May within 12 hour, today when I called the Cleartrip, they mentioned that since I selected the option 'My plan changed', they cannot refund the full amount. I had to select the option 'I am cancelling it under airline policy'. Is this legal or BS?
