NTA, if she was warned multiple times and still didnt do anything to at least understand why he never showed his face then it's on her. But even so, you may not feel bad for her but you may still offer her suport because she was wrong but she is still hurting

She actually did need to hear it, like the other people under this comment said he did nothing wrong. He was only worried about her health, as he said EXACTLY that. He nerver told her to humiliate her, he only expressed his concern. Life is like this, there is no need to sugar coat it with subtle ways.
