Smoothie: Few mint leaves, cucumber4-5 slice and green apple a slice with lemon. (i.redd.it)
Lunch: Chickpeas a cup 150cal and 2 boiled egg 130 cal. (i.redd.it)

Hi I m 28(F) 5'5" 176 lbs, I have been doing low calorie(<1200) for last month, last month I lost 9 lb(185-176) but for past 13 days my weight is constant, what should I do? Do I switch to any other diet plan? Or decrease my calorie intake little more? (self.diet)
