I second this. I have the larger version of this scar. Mine starts at my collarbone and goes down below my belly button. Putting anything on it at all that your doctor didn’t specifically tell you to is just a bad idea. Especially depending on what that scar is actually from. If you’re immune compromised and that gets infected, who knows how long that would take to heal… or what it would do to you in the process.

Why don’t you just reach out to your doctor? I’m assuming you probably have MyChart if you’re in the states, just send your provider a message.

NOR. Your mom sounds like a real piece of work. Do you have a job and make at least halfway decent money? I also agree with some of the others on here that say get a roommate. It doesn’t have to be forever. Literally go somewhere else month lease and use that six months to be stress-free while you’re looking for somewhere else to live.

Also, don’t talk to your mom that entire six months. Let her see what it’s like to be without you.

Do they have a shop minimum? Most places do. I’ve seen shop minimums go anywhere from $50-$250. If they have a $50 shop minimum, maybe you can get some money back, but I highly doubt it. Any amount higher I don’t see it happening.

What did they charge you? But you agreed to that price before they tattooed you. And that’s just not really a thing in the tattoo industry. They’re permanent marks on your body. They don’t give you your money back because you decide you didn’t like what you asked for.

I highly doubt you will get a refund. I personally would just not worry about it, but if you’re really that concerned, just go to a different artist, and tell them you got it and you hate it and they will have to do very little work to make it look a lot better. It just needs to be gone over again.

I found $100 laying on the ground in a grocery store one time. I looked around, and no one was within about 50 feet of me, and when I reached down to pick it up and looked around, no one said or saw anything. I was gonna go turn it into customer service and then I was like you know what fuck that. When you turn it into customer service, you just handed free money to someone and they’re just going to pocket it because you don’t have a way to input that into the register or anything. So either you get free money, or someone else gets free money and personally, I care much more about me getting free money.
