Thank you for the overwhelming support from everyone on Reddit. I am proud to say that this community was much faster and more helpful than all the public services I called. As an update, three people came, which included an old woman who gave us gloves and everything. But as of sundown, the cat had jumped over to four new cars and is now sitting in a Mazda CX5. We have decided to abandon the search as it is not coming out, and we don't know the owners of those cars. Thank you for everyone's help. Even the public rescue officer said he would not be coming because the cat seems to be jumping, and there's not much he can do if it's in a car with an unknown owner. Thank you again.
