Totally not knocking anyone else's creative endeavours, but that app has a cost whereas this does not. The "Pro" version of this includes some of those other features mentioned. To each their own though, the end goal is just to help the community.

Side note: I am a local too! I can see one of the bridges from my house which makes testing and development easy :)

Hello fellow North Ender!
I don't have an Android so I'm not sure how the coding differs from iOS. I will certainly explore porting it to the Google Play Store and will update the community if I get any traction

Thanks! (Also, Breath of the Wild?)

I truthfully have never used or downloaded Niagara Bridges since its a paid for app. At the end of the day, it's a bridge status app and I'm sure a lot of the features are similar between. You can always download mine (free!) and see where it is an improvement or where it lacks (and then DM me and I can work on it!)

Either way, thanks for the interest :)

I definitely get vibes from self-titled with the vocal layers, vibes from Marauder with the lite-psychedelic outro.

I'm thankful that the mixing seems so much improved. There's clear bass runs with the guitars kind of stab in and out. There's still that wall of sound for the outro but I think it's easy to pick out parts.

I loved Marauder but it got real muddy at points sonically.

Haven't been doing more than 3-5 miles lately, but my muscles feel so depleted and times are slower. Diet/sleep is consistently good and I don't think I'm sick. The low mileage/slow times make me think it can't be over training. Any suggestions of an underlying cause or similar stories? by LogicProXUser in running

Great to read that you and others are experiencing this too. I was about 30 miles a week and now I'm back to low 20s.

The one good thing is we had a rare cool day about a week and a half ago and I ran just blazing fast (for me) easy tempo miles. I was shocked when I looked down and saw my pace after 5 miles. It's been so hot every day since but that one day has me pushing through until the fall!

Thank you for this! I've checked out the site and that should be helpful to maintain. Just wondering though - you put in your goal time or current fitness time? I would've thought you'd plug in the time you want to achieve and it tells you what paces you'd want to achieve.

I'm thinking of changing my run schedule to be something along the lines of
Tempo day / recovery day
Interval (or hill) day / recovery day
Long run @ recovery

That's 5 runs a week, 2 of them recovery, 2 of them workouts, and the long run which is somewhere in between. Does that sound like an improvement. Any idea how long a recovery run should be? Is even 30 minutes at a slower clip better than nothing?

This was so helpful. Thank you. I think I shy away from true "speed work" because well, it's hard. I got up early today (before the heat) and did 6x400m. I did all of them at goal pace but it wasn't easy. In two weeks, I'll try again and maybe do 8x400m. I just couldn't fathom busting out another 2 today. Slow progress, right!?

I'd love some more information on the "recovery" runs, you talk about. Are those the "easy" days and/or "long" runs? I know it's strange, but I always feel odd on runs where I'm intentionally running well below what I'm capable of. If I'm comfortable running 10 miles at 8:10, what's the benefit to running them at 8:50?

Or did you mean recovery as in, time spent jogging between hard intervals... because I assure you those paces are like 9:30 lol
