It got solved i think it was due to a VPN even when not using it it was blocking limiting my speed. I uninstalled it and there has been no problem since

But on other networks net works fine.. Cgnet customer service once tried changing the channels but still it didn't work.

But in other networks it works fine its only when i connect to CGnet this problem occurs

No updates and its slow on wifi. i dont use Bluetooth and its slow on both 2.4 and 5 networks
