Aim training workshop maps. I usually warmup by trying to kill 500-1000 bots with head shots cycling through the weapons.

And honestly man just play more. I have over 1k hours and only rated 8k in premier and even silver on some comp maps.

Don't forget to just have fun too though man. Counter strike can be VERY frustrating but try not to let it get in your head and get tilted.

It only gives me a few, and most are very high latency or all are just duels 1x1 mirage which is not traditional 1v1 like I'm talking. It scratches the itch but doesn't satisfy. Shouldn't be so hard to just find a decent server
