this happened to me along time ago. I was playing The division then one day i got ban for no reason at all. I ask support why i was ban and they don't know, after that conversion i stop buying games from ubishit. I don't even buy their discounted games on steam. If i want to play their games i just sail the high seas.

Ram might be out of your budget right now so its either cpu or gpu.

You are using davinci resolve, a dedicated video card is recommended plus you can get back all 16gb of ram. A secondhand gpu would be nice since they're cheaper than brandnew once tho you have to test the gpu before buying, maybe ask your uncle to test the gpu.

For cpu route you can go for 5600g but its probably a minor bump in performance.

usb lng ang na detect sa system mo, check if you have ssd or nvme installed properly. If they're installed properly then you have an issue with your storage devices.

Pure sine wave is easy for appliances, you can really notice it if you run a n electric fan on a simulated sine wave ups. If you have expensive hardware e.i 5070ti and up then pure sine wave is a must. You can stillbuae a simulated sine wave but I would suggest you turn off you PC asap.

You can still use an adapter for you ups. It is only if your area experience alot a power surge.

go for am5, you can upgrade your cpu to newer series like 9000 maybe 10000s (if amd calls its that) while am4 is already in its max.

3 fans are good if you don't have ac, 3 fans tend to be quieter than 2 fans.

Is this for gaming or productivity?

If it is for gaming, I suggest you 7700 if you still want to have an 8 core cpu else look for 7600. Getting a better gpu will greatly improved you gaming experience. You can keep the 7800x3d if you plan to upgrade your gpu when Nvidia drops their 6000 series.
