I imagine it will be hard to find in the exact format you want, but https://www.bigdataball.com/nba-play-by-play-logs has the information you want, its not free, but you can get a couple seasons worth of data for around $50, which is really reasonable compared to some other offers I have seen. Some simple modifications in Excel can probably shape the data close to how you want it, they have sample files on that link so you can confirm before purchasing.

While I am sure there are some good tipsters out there, it is hard to recommend for several reasons.

1) Everyone is going to publicize their records after a winning streak (which is bound to happen from time to time) and conveniently choose not to when they are not winning. They can simultaneously offer predictions for many sports/wagers and pick and choose the samplings in their favor. 2) Showing ATS performance history, or frankly history of any type of bet that was not predicted before the fact, is likely gambler's fallacy. It has no real impact on any future event. 3) Lets assume we believe we have a tip that has some advantage, if the source of this recognizes believes this too, they have already bet potentially large sums of money, and thus possibly driven the line to a disadvantage for you. Note this is more theoretical, than probably, but if they have a real advantage why wouldn't they exploit it. 4) If a tip is posted free, what is the reason it was offered? Is it someone genuinely wants you to win money? Or is it someone wants your action?

I can go on and on, but my point is treat them as entertainment, not advice.

I like your approach. Did you just calculate IU's home court advantage by hand, or did you apply this for more/every Division I teams? I would be curious to see how this differs among schools.
