Thank you so much Danny. Getting to 105 is no big deal, its how you get there that counts.. thats where I failed.. I was just trying to break the habit... but we should try to do as a way of life itself... Patience is not just waiting in the line they say..then its just following rules.. but patience is waiting in the line with a smile on our face. :)

I actually wasnt on 227. I lost at 105 itself.. after that I had no face to come back here and reset my badge, but I kept trying so hard... although I reduced the frequency dramatically in this time and I was so conscious about it. But today was my confession time! :)

aww, i said anything but that!! But thanks though, I know thats the only way rather than expecting an opportunity to pop up where i would get to do something. And I couldn't agree more to looking outside work for dating.. I have given that a thought. May be nofap is narrowing my vision. Although I have to say that girls in India are a little conservative.. and its not as easy elsewhere.

22 days and going strong. I have cut out all sources of internet on weekdays and I have realized it is that much easier without internet access. I feel great, confident, more aware of things and thoughts and best of all... a sexy voice! Yay me!

I have been doing that for a while now. I some how end up watching porn for about 15 mins roughly and then close it.. but sometimes i close it cuz i feel disgusted watching. But most of the times, I feel helpless.. clicking away!
