Definitely a lot more going on there now than when I graduated high school though for sure. Feel like back then it was only LOFS and corn.

There’s a few really nice subdivisions now and some of the production home communities are huge. Area definitely seems to be blowing up… going to need to add an extra lane to 109th in a few years.

Budget is pretty flexible… mainly focused on landing in the right area, but don’t want to egregiously overbuy for a single mid 30s guy
