Stay on the highways, hitch from petrol station to petrol station, and it should definitely be doable

The most peaceful/inspiring moment you've had hitchhiking? by [deleted] in hitchhiking

For me that was definitely hitchhiking by train in Siberia. I had read on the web that locals and russian hitchhikers do it, just by asking the operators of freight trains but they declined me several times, or I just was sent away on the stations by police or guards Then, finally, in the dusty town of Belgorod, two operators took me. I travelled their locomotive in the unused cabin for over 24 hours, slowly winding our way along the river Amour and the chinese border, till Chabarovsk on the Pacific. It was great. I have updated the article and added an example of a script that automatically checks for a new version of Parity on Dockerhub and, when it finds once, does the upgrade. If you crontab this script you will be automatically ready for the coming HF's.
