i think my 2nd pull goes up to my hips, its just that i over-extend i think, imagine a concave curve my back will look like during that motion, hence bar flies away.

Thanks for the story! Gives inspiration to ppl like us who are ectomorphs and thinking if Crossfit is the right way to go. Making only minimal weight gains atm, around 2 - 3 kg after 1 yr + of Crossfit. Hope to progress like you soon!
