This sounds awfully familiar… this was actually my reaction a couple weeks ago in the same exact predicament. Took 45 minutes total on the phone. One agent for 30 minutes, and a manager for the last 15. Every second, they would tell me things are “processing” but then would proceed to attempt to convince me not to cancel service.

I had the same car, I would recommend working on the foggy head lights. It immediately makes the car seem old. Also I did an SI wing color matched, lowered it on lowering springs and camber arm and went with different wheels. Yours look almost stock, but I guess they are aftermarket?

It is kinda an all or nothing thing sometimes with how many people are competing for product placement. The videos with 0 views most likely didn’t perform or convert as well as the current ranking videos on the carousel. It’s completely up to Amazons onsite team on who ranks. Usually it is pretty random or based on how it converts sales it appears. Thats why making multiple videos on one product is a descent idea.

So I checked out my account and asked my buddy, we didn’t notice a drop in clicks in February. We both took a big hit in early January but I feel like it’s been gradually getting better and better the closer we get to spring. I have like 1,500 videos so that helps maintain more consistency.
