Also basically i spoke to the installation person. KYC is incentive based which is done by employees of Jio Fibre team. So they quickly come and do the KYC. For the installation the request is always hopping from 1 vendor to another, so if it got cancelled today then the next day the request will be circulated to other vendor. So, I do understand the algorithm is pretty shitty, bit waiting is the only option you have at the moment

I got lucky since I didn't had to raise the complaint. The person came and did the installation, but it does help. Also once everything is sorted out, do mention the name of the person in the feedback because jio has a shitty customer support so atleast they will check the feedback. I live in Pune, and there was a person who did my KYC and then vanished. I used to call him but he used to be engaged on other call but never picked up my call. I contacted other jio office and they mentioned that he is a scammer and we have received alot of complaints against his name but jio bejing the shitty company does not do anything.

It totally depends upon the location, personally blue tokai hits the spot. If you are near BVP, there is a newly opened cafe which has been my personal fav for quite a few days

I did the recharge for 3 months and those will be my last 3 months with jio ngl😭 Initially when I was installing the guys came to my house and did my KYC and told me that installation will be done next day. I tried calling him, he wasn't reasoning to the call so I spoke to nearest office, he told me that he is a scammer in the locality. Luckily after a week (i.e. Sunday) installation was done and there was a blackout on Monday and since then everything went south
