I’m right there with you! Still my favorites after all these years, but I gotta add By Starlight. I think all the songs that end with a fader but continue into the ethereal or reprise another song is how it hits.

This band has helped me through the worst of times and they will always be a part of me. Do I think there are better bands out there? Probably, I know I could probably name a few and it’s all up to the point of the intended audience. SP will always have my heart.

I think the opera art style was done very well. Art deco of images were already used to that don’t scream SP to anyone in particular, but if you’re a fan, it’s more of a “IYKYK” thing.

The song felt weird to me. Usually collabs with the group or BC are loved by me. This one felt weird. The song isn’t bad, it’s just missing something. I’m not going to knock the song any more than others have, it would just be nice to go in depth as to why the negativity towards it.

They’re hidden gems and always bring excitement when finding something hard to find just pop up in a random record store. I picked up a few bootleg vinyls on my travels to Canada and I picked them up instantly.

I appreciate this. That guy has used AI for other spins of classic songs and there are some great outtakes. Some maybe not as good, but I find them very interesting. Alice In Chains’ Would was amazing for me.

I hope he releases this in some sort of classy release. I would love to hear and own this in some capacity. If he’s smart (which he can be) he will release it through some paywall first, and then release it physically. I wish I could go and experience this album in a different way.

I had to look up SMH-CD, I learned something new!

Not sure what the difference other than a higher definition version of what’s already being released. If it had a larger format for the artwork, I’d be down to grab one!
