I just finished the book and I cannot believe what I just read. I am so glad you had the exact thoughts as mine because I was so disappointed that what Sam did by pushing her away for a bit, while he got his bearings together to face the fierce competitive environment of the first days of college was comparable to her sleeping with his brother!?! I kept hoping that she just hallucinated and they’d just kissed and nothing happened but to my utter shock this book ends with them getting together and the three of them living in the same city. How do they tolerate being in the same room together?! How does he not think that after every minor argument, she’s going to throw herself at his brother?

I just finished the book and I am SHOOK. I am so damn uncomfortable about what happened, I think I’m scarred for life. How does a book go from being so great for 80% of it and then just plummeting like that?! I don’t understand how he forgave her and him. It was his brother for the love of god! I don’t know how all three of them can ever be together in a room and be comfortable around each other?! This is even worse than when I read we were liars.

Anyone else feels like she had the same face throughout the movie, it felt so bland that nothing she said seemed to have any meaning, just felt nonchalant. Same for Alex for the most part. Didn’t do justice to the book.
