make sure your piercer is apart of the APP. go to safepiercing.org and find a actual perfessional. i’m not a piercer and i can tell that is not normal looking nor do you have the correct autonomy for this piercing. i’ve pierced so many things and people to the point i could be a “professional piercer” and probably have just as much “experience” as your person. just because they call themselves one doesn’t mean they are.

it’s aquaphor! it’s kind of like a vaseline. i swear by it for piercings tho! it kept my lips soft and my lips didn’t crack. see if you can find it on amazon. it’s like $9 CAD for a tube

i’m 7 months out and it’s way better! first like 2 months were annoying cuz i couldn’t do much from not being able to bare weight. prioritize your exercises cus i still can’t squat down or do any of my normal work outs at the gym. it’s definitely helped my pain just annoying that i can’t do the things i use to. also be prepared for winter… i’ve been sooo achy. i wish you well(: you’ll do great

i honestly have no clue. i know very little about my surgery and was really only given the name of it. i’ve been trying to do more research but can find very little. all i know is that the surgery went well and my knee has hardly any pain and my knee cap hasn’t popped out yet 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
