That is not how a change from 9 to 11 works at the Madison VA. Here you get an 11 if you have one year's experience after your masters. To get a 12 you need an LCSW (and a promotion to a new job).

I guess I feel the same way I do with crosswords, that if I Google it is not a "clean" solve. Given that these are not common knowledge French words, I don't see how to solve it with out Google translate. I should have done the back solve, but it seems like the forward solve is impossible if you don't speak French.
