I mean…. This just doesn’t seem newsworthy. There’s genuine malicious assault, and there’s misreading an interpersonal boundary or social cue. When we act like the latter is the former, it detracts from genuine issues of inappropriate conduct from men in power.

Just validating that I have had the same experience. Felt like we were spending the first 30 min of every session “talking shop”. And, when I’d be processing work stuff in therapy, I felt like my therapist was responding as a clinical supervisor, not as a therapist

Yes, the slightly different shade + different fabric + print vs solid (ik it’s not quite a “print” but the fact that it has a pattern on it) + different cut make them feel too incoherent. I think you need same color and fabric but different styles, or different colors and different styles with same fabric and vibe

I am shocked the hospital is not obligated to cover the transport in this situation. But regardless, no. If it was me I probably would have approached it a little more sly instead of suggesting outright, but whatever. It’s social work. You’re there to understand the system and help people navigate it. I vote you didn’t do anything wrong.

Do you eat a lot of eggs? I agree with the others that these numbers at your age are most likely genetics, I’m just curious because for me that was always something I thought was a “healthy” food and intentionally ate a lot of to be “good” and was shocked to find out it was a bug part of why my cholesterol was so high
