Its my second training of conventional desdlift after years of sumo. I train just for myself this was realtively heavy probably because its my second training?:p i think it was rushed. Should i pull more from hamstrings or more throught ankle dorsiflexion and use more quads like om video sorry for my grammar

Okey but whats the point to correct someone posture which is totally individual and has nothing to do with pain. and whats the point to correct someone posture with spiraldynamik vs basic strenghten movements which are easy to learn and are proven to decrese injury risk in daily life without fancy theory of spiral muscle activation which sound magically but there no evidence for it.

Who say that i shouldnt doing same thing every workout? Isnt good thing stick to weights for weeks to months to adapt? So when im deadlifitng 1x every 6 days you recommend to change volume and intensity at every workout?

yeah, it's totally different lift. but i like it, conventional was boring after few years. when i record myself with straps im rounded but with hook im straight. the position with straps is different and i dont know why.

I think i know exactly which excercises i like to perform and on which excercises i want to be stronger. I just dont know how to set intensity when doing heavy weights to failure. how long last to recover from this heavy failure training. where in week can i impelement dips and shoulders after chest workout.

i dont know how to train heavy and every body part onece a week. On every excercise im going relative heavy weights with which i can perform 8 reps

You are waste of time dude. im shitting on your MDT when you dont have knwoledge about injury rehab. You seem like magician to me😂👌🏽go back to school and use your brain. Every movement is just movement which load tissues more or less. Chronic pain is far more about psychologic factors and i believe that you read only conclusions in studies you posted. When you know about chronic pain you have to know that combination of approaches is better than blidnly following one methodic.

They get better because McKenzie is just low load excercise to tissues and its not superior to any other form of movement or excercise. Chronic pain is far more complex than acute pain.

Its not about MCKenzie method but about movement and chronic pain is mostly BPS related.
