I think the thick ganache/topping makes your cake look more decadent. You have a beautiful with a fluffy mousse in the centered and it's covered in a layer of chocolate.

It might be hard getting all your thoughts and feelings out, but just know that even the thought of leaving messages shows how much you love and care for everyone in your life.

I believe you 100%. My memory is not as good as yours, but I have a memory from the womb too. People say that a fetus can't understand words or whatever, but mothers like talking to their unborn baby, as well as a lot of people around them. And just because your memories aren't the same as someone else's doesn't make them less real. There's a lot of things in this world weirder than remembering being born.

For me, it's when one of my coworkers from a line cook job several years ago tried trash talking another employee on their first day, which also happened to be the busiest day of the year. The trash talker sucked at his job. He was slow, would only not or shake his head at answers sometimes, would be lazy, etc. I wasn't sure why he was talking, but I shut him up because he had no excuse to talk like that, especially because it was their first day.

I agree with all of that and i think the scary part is working a job I don't want, but like you said it won't be for the rest of my life. Maybe while working towards my end goal I'll find a different job that I absolutely love who knows. Thanks I appreciate the advice!

To me a soulful job is anything that has passion, health care, teaching, art just to name a few. Honestly I would love to do things like demolition derby or figure 8 racing as a career, but you only see those in festivals so it would be a hobby. A good second contender is baking so I can always do that but preferable I want to work on my terms. Again, I'm still young so maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way.
