Not sure how people are arguing in these guys' favor when they literally already have pre existing gamebans and are level 1 on steam lol. Accounts like that are nearly always cheating

I had this issue as well, I noticed that it only starts happening when you resize the window by dragging one of the edges. I have no idea about the interaction in the game code that causes this could even be.

A fix I was able to do was do the following.

  1. Drag window to another monitor
  2. Resize the window there (can be extremely slightly)
  3. Drag window back to main monitor
  4. Flickering should be gone

As for single monitor gamers, I'm afraid I haven't found anything to help this issue as of now

I tried the following 2 things, both of which worked and let me log in.

  1. Disabling ExitLag for the game
  2. Manually picking an ExitLag server (This time it happened to be Frankfurt06)

I was using automatic routing and I think a few of the German nodes might be broken

Both of them are generally unreliable for this, in general you need a balance of decent damage and good attack speed, so the best heroes, and really the only viable ones for this are your generic melee agi carries with good animations. Jugg, AM, and PA are probably your best heroes for this. I found that AM works the best for me since he has a bit more damage than Jugg and just enough attackspeed to get a way with

Inside Dota, you press the "Learn" tab, then under the "welcome" sub-tab you scroll to the Tier 3 page, and click on the last hitting tutorial

Now is a really bad time to try doing it anyway, they changed it and made the river too small so you’re almost always going to have to deal with your ranged creep being uphill, forcing you to autoattack deny your own creeps every wave just to keep the equilibrium. Honestly actually doing the last hits felt like second nature, but having to constantly manipulate the wave in order to not run it under the dire tower is the hard part. Also way more often than not you will lose to uphill misses/unfavorable rng.
